Sparkle was adopted through K9O as a puppy and was recently returned to us. As she matured it turned out that she was not a good fit for her adoptive family. She is now 1.5 years old and doing very well in her foster home. She is athletic and loves walks, but also enjoys a good nap and snuggle session.
Sparkle can be picky about her people and is sometimes nervous around new friends. She prefers a calm energy and would do best in a quiet home without small children. She gets along with other dogs but takes time to warm up and does not like to share, so she should be the only dog in the home or under the care of humans who understand how to manage resource guarding behaviors. She has not been cat tested at this time.
Sparkle would love a fenced yard to run in! She is 100% potty trained and is very well-behaved. She had a chance to prove herself recently, spending the whole day with free run of the house and she did not get into any trouble! She is a very good girl and deserves a very good home.
