Junie is an energetic, playful puppy looking for an active family to call her own. We don’t know what her breed mix is, but at 7 months old she is only 25lbs and won’t get much bigger. She loves everyone, including children, and gets along with other dogs (though she can get frustrated when meeting new friends on-leash). She has not been cat-tested at this time.
She loves playing fetch and going for walks, and would make an excellent hiking or running partner. Her foster mom says she is almost always on the go and needs to be kept busy, but she also enjoys a good snuggle session and lazy morning coffee dates on the deck. She enjoys bath time, chewing on marrow bones, and watching the geese fly by.
Junie is crate trained, has learned the “sit” and “wait” commands, and is doing great with leash walking. She is a very smart cookie and would excel in a training class! Her new family should be willing to continue her training as she is still young and learning how to be her best.
