Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. I was hit by a car when I was a pup and suffered from a broken jaw, but don’t worry! It didn’t slow me down a bit. You just might notice I’m missing a few teeth in my lower jaw due to some dental work I had done. I have a weak sphincter muscle and take a Proin tablet 3 times a day. It keeps me dry for the most part, but occasionally I need a wrap when I get excited and at night when I go to bed. No worries though, they make me even cuter than I already am (if you can imagine that!).
Spartacus is a 3 year old pit bull mix who is housebroken and leash trained, loves walks, and prefers cats to other dogs. He weighs 80lbs, is up to date on vaccinations, and is neutered. He enjoys sitting in the window or hanging out in the yard on nice days. He’s quite the sun worshiper!
Spartacus was adopted out through K9O several years ago as a puppy, along with his mom (Dutchess) and siblings. He has not had the best of the luck since then! His first human parents loved him dearly, but when they started a family together it turned out to be difficult for him. Spartacus loves kids, a little too much. He started guarding the new baby from mom, so he had to be re-homed. His second family loved him too, but after a while he and the resident dog were not getting along so well so they reached out and asked for help.
Spartacus is now in a wonderful foster home, waiting for his forever family. We will only consider applications for homes without another dog or small children. We are not taking any chances with this guy. He’s been moved around too much already so his next home needs to be 150% positive that he is the dog for them, and we need to be sure that he is not being set up to fail in a less than ideal situation. We know his perfect family is out there! He is a fantastic dog and deserves a happily ever after.
