Esther is a 6-7 year old female terrier mix with magical ears. She was originally adopted out a few years ago by K9 Orphans but was recently returned due to changes in the home that could not accommodate her needs.
Esther suffers from separation anxiety due to being crated for long periods in her previous home, so she is seeking a home where her people will be around most of the time. She is good with larger dogs with a slow introduction but is NOT good with small dogs, cats, chickens, small animals, etc … She has not been around children that we know of so we are not sure how she would feel about them.
A house rather than an apartment would be ideal. Esther needs someone who will exercise her and provide mental stimulation daily. She loves her toys and bones, and she’s also a fan of watching Netflix on the couch. She’s a great dog, she just needs an outlet for her energy and to learn that when her people leave they will be back soon and she will not be in a crate all day.
